Job Responsibilities:
- Document and standardise factory and production processes across operations
- Recommend and implement process improvement and automation initiatives
- Support deployment of production processes in Singapore and overseas operations
- Manage and improve manufacturing systems for switchgear production and assembly
- Support factory audit, compliance, and process engineering activities
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant process engineering experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with good initiative
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel overseas when required
