Job Title: Fresh Graduate Biotechnologist

Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Biotechnologist supports daily biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. This role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, maintaining documentation accuracy, and assisting in routine manufacturing and cleaning activities to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations such as buffer/media preparation, filtration, and equipment setup under supervision.
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated systems in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements accurately and timely.
- Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and line changeover activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and contamination control.
- Participate in on-the-job training to build technical competence in upstream and downstream operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Engineering, and Maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom practices, and biopharmaceutical production processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work on rotating or shift schedules as required by production operations.
