As a Process Engineer, you will support, monitor, and optimize pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will investigate process-related issues, implement sustainable improvements, and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant production.

Your missions

  • Provide process engineering support for commercial-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and analyse process performance, critical process parameters, and manufacturing trends.
  • Troubleshoot process and production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support deviation investigations, impact assessments, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, yield improvement, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to implement process changes and improvements.
  • Support change-control activities, process risk assessments, and equipment or process modifications.
  • Contribute to technology transfer, process scale-up, process characterization, and validation activities.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, investigation reports, protocols, process specifications, and manufacturing records.
  • Ensure all assigned activities comply with GMP, quality, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical process engineering within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Practical experience in commercial-scale manufacturing, process monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
  • Good understanding of process engineering principles, GMP requirements, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation
  • Exposure to process optimization, technology transfer, scale-up, change control, or process validation
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and continuous improvement
