Design of detailed piping arrangement for water treatment plant and systems, including generate isometric drawing, piping support drawing and BOM (bill-of-materials).
Prepare and design equipment layout for complete plant and modular skid, PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and PID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), pumps, and other equipment outline drawings as well as EICA drawings.
Prepare piping specifications, pressure drop calculation, technical specifications, or data sheets for the purchase of piping components.
Sizing and selection of pump, equipment, piping, fittings etc.
Co-ordinate and interface with process, instrument, civil and equipment suppliers.
Clarification and evaluation of vendor quotations.
Onsite support during project execution stage.
Prepare and update as-built drawings.
Other ad-hoc works as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holders in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D and Isometric drawings
Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry
