Position Summary
The Process Associate Engineer is responsible for supporting engineering and daily production activities to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding team across three key departments: Backend Processes, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and Thin Film. Candidates with a background in Semiconductor or LCD manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities
- Process Stability: Ensure process integrity for production machines and monitor performance via SPC charts and real-time monitoring systems.
- Production Support: Support recipe setup, qualification for new production runs, and handle lot dispositions (lots on hold).
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Data & Documentation: Collect engineering data for analysis and maintain manufacturing documentation (SOPs, WIs, FMEA).
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects to improve yield, reduce costs, and optimize cycle times.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the cleanroom and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing documentation (SPC, WI, SOP, FMEA).
- Shift Work: Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night). Note: New hires typically start on office hours for training before transitioning to the shift pattern.
