Responsibilities
- Oversee and support process design, production process debugging, and testing.
- Ensure process quality by maintaining control over quality and yield implement continuous improvement plans.
- Execute engineering tests, evaluate results, and report findings.
- Analyze production line defects and coordinate countermeasures for process-related issues.
- Manage projects independently or collaboratively, introducing new models, processes, and materials to the production line.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation participate in secondary assignments and projects as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in drafting software considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
