Process Analyst

• At least 4 - 8 years working experience
• Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in process discovery, process mapping, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working across Business and IT teams.
• Ability to understand operational processes and convert them into structured,reusable documentation.
• Experience identifying process improvement, streamlining, and automation opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with business users, IT teams, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a structured banking or regulated environment

PreferredExperience

• Bankingor financial services experience.
• Experience in wealth management operations, portfolio financing, AML, KYC, compliance operations, or banking back-office processes.
• Exposure to process digitalization, workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-codeplatforms, or operational transformation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, business process management platforms,workflow tools, or process repository tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, or operational excellenceapproaches.
• Experience working within an internal delivery model or established enterprise governance framework.
