About the Company: We are seeking seasoned ex-bankers and insurance agents with a proven track record in sales to join our dynamic team as Private Wealth Directors.

About the Role: This is a salaried position starting at SGD 10,000 per month, with the potential for significant performance-based incentives. The role is centered on sales, with a focus on delivering personalized wealth management solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Provide expert advice on wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning.
• Drive sales and business growth through targeted strategies and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with a team of financial advisors to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial advisory roles.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including investments, insurance, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
