About the Role

We are seeking experienced banking professionals to join our advisory ecosystem as Private Wealth Directors (PWDs). This is a career transition role offering financial stability and access to a wider advisory platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead client advisory engagements with professionalism and integrity.
2. Provide holistic wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Guide clients in diversifying strategies across multiple providers.
4. Ensure all advisory processes comply with Mas regulations and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven Banking Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Singapore‑based bank (Private Bank, Premier Banking, or Investment arm).

• Advisory Competence: Strong knowledge of wealth management strategies and advisory practices.

• HNW Client Experience: Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients on estate planning and legacy solutions.

• Licensing: Relevant CMFAS modules (RES5/ M5, M6, M6A, M8,M8A, M9,M9A, HI)[PG1] or the ability to attain them immediately; clean regulatory record with MAS and current/past employers.
• Client Management: Demonstrable track record managing Tier‑1 client relationships with discretion and professionalism.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field is a plus; prior experience in a similar advisory or leadership role preferred.

• Operational and People Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking ability; experience in training, mentoring, or employee development is an advantage.

Required Skills

Advisory expertise: Ability to deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including estate planning and insurance structuring, with awareness of cross‑border regulatory considerations.

Relationship management: Proven track record in managing high‑value client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
