About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Wealth Director to oversee the structuring, governance, and strategic management of the Principal's global wealth and financial interests.
The role requires strong expertise in European and Asian financial environments. The successful candidate will manage complex cross‑border structures, oversee banking and financial relationships, and ensure compliance with international regulatory standards.
This position requires a highly trusted professional capable of operating in a multi-jurisdictional environment with a high degree of discretion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the structuring and governance of global wealth assets including holding companies and SPVs
- Maintain and document Source of Wealth (SoW) and Source of Funds for banking, regulatory, and investment purposes
- Manage relationships with private banks, custodians, fintech platforms, digital asset service providers and financial intermediaries
- Coordinate KYC/ AML processes with financial institutions and service providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Monitor and coordinate investment portfolios across various asset classes including exposure to digital assets where applicable
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory frameworks including AML, CRS, FATCA, EU financial regulations and relevant digital asset regulatory frameworks
- Work closely with legal, tax, and corporate service providers in Europe and other relevant jurisdictions
- Support multi‑residency and cross‑border financial arrangements for the Principal
- Prepare consolidated reporting and maintain governance documentation for the Family Office
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private wealth management, family offices, private banking, or financial services.
- Proven experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals
- Exposure to digital assets, blockchain infrastructure or crypto-related financial services is considered as an advantage
- Exposure to European financial environments and regulated fintech or financial services environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi‑jurisdictional wealth structures
