Provide high-level personal support to the Principal, including managing household affairs and lifestyle-related logistics.
Accompany the Principal for social engagements, leisure activities, and overseas business trips as required.
Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedule coordination.
Provide administrative support for the company's executive and business-related functions.
Coordinate appointments, reservations, and personal errands efficiently and professionally.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Private Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager supporting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
Adaptability & Professionalism: Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
Flexible Schedule: Comfortable working flexible hours in accordance with the Principal's schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Interpersonal Skills: Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills patient, child-friendly, and able to interact positively within a family-oriented environment.
Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and manage changing schedules effectively.
Travel Readiness: Willing and able to travel overseas on short notice when required.
