Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedPrivate Equity Business Analystwith strong exposure toWealth Management, Financial Services, and BFSI environments. The ideal candidate should have 7–9 years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and enterprise application delivery within financial institutions.
The role requires close collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams to support enterprise transformation, process improvement, and system implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
- Work closely with business users, developers, and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support SDLC activities including requirement traceability, UAT, defect clarification, and solution validation.
- Participate in enterprise transformation, process improvement, and application enhancement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
- Support prioritization, scoping discussions, and business process analysis activities.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA best practices and governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and documentation standards within regulated BFSI environments.
