The Role

To be responsible with others for the operational performance of a Private Equity fund administration team.

Reporting Line

  • Head of Fund Services / Fund Services, Director
  • Private Equity, Manager

Duties

  • Oversee end-to-end fund administration for private equity clients, including NAV reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Process capital calls, distributions, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Oversee and work closely with offshore accountants, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate and review investor servicing deliverables, including statements, notices, and capital activity reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control frameworks, including AML/KYC and investor reporting obligations.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate audit deliverables with external auditors.
  • Handle FATCA/CRS reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Participate in operational efficiency and process improvements, including system utilisation (e.g., Allvue) and workflow optimisation.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in procedures, controls, and information systems.
  • Undertake specific projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Applicants should have at least a degree in Accounting field and be fully ACCA qualified
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the Global Business sector, in particular private equity
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good technical knowledge of IFRS
  • Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
  • Flexible to work across different time zones for seamless collaboration with global Trident offices
  • Proactive, motivated, team player and flexible
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools and experience in Fund Accounting software

Remuneration
