Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, companionship, supervision, and emotional support to the children.
- Support homework, reading, school projects, and academic routines.
- Communicate with teachers regarding the children's learning progress and needs.
- Organize educational, creative, sporting, and recreational activities.
- Accompany children to school, classes, appointments, activities, and outings.
- Maintain a healthy balance between studies, outdoor activities, recreation, and screen time.
- Ensure school materials, and daily necessities are well organized.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a private educator, family assistant, teacher, or in a private household, school, or enrichment center.
- Strong spoken and written English are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, proactive, discreet, adaptable, and passionate about child development.
