Key Responsibilities:
Provide reliable and safe transportation for the Director to meetings, events, airports, and other personal or business-related destinations.
Ensure the Director's comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation.
Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed.
Plan the most efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors.
Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times, including regular checks and servicing.
Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fueling, washing, and maintenance coordination.
Always maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.
Monitor and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring transportation is timely and aligned with any changes in itinerary.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with the Director, and other individuals as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
Possess a valid Class 3/3A and vocational driving license.
Excellent knowledge of the local area and navigation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and other high-profile individuals.
Superior time management skills with a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and potential challenges.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to sit for long periods and drive for extended hours as required.
Flexibility and reliability with an ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
Ability to handle basic vehicle maintenance and care tasks.
Well-groomed and professional.
