We are currently working with an Investment Firm based in Singapore and they are looking for an Investment Professional to lead the origination and execution of private debt transactions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end investment processes, including sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management.
- Source, evaluate, and structure private credit investments in tech and lending sectors across Asia.
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
- Prepare and present investment materials including teasers, pitch decks, and financial models.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 7 years of experience in private credit/debt, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Strong interest in tech and financial innovation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
