About Us

SeaTown Holdings International (SeaTown), is a Singapore-based investment manager focused on alternative, absolute return strategies. SeaTown manages multi-asset and public equity strategies through open-end funds as well as private investment strategies (private credit and private equity) in closed-end funds.

SeaTown is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seviora Holdings, and indirectly owned by Temasek Holdings.

Role & Responsibilities:

. Analysis of financial ratios and building financial projections

. Conduct fundamental research, due diligence and analysis of industries and companies either individually or in collaboration with deal advisors

. Assist the senior team members in live deal transactions from origination through to execution

. Create presentations for internal team briefings and memos for investment committee meetings

. Tracking and monitoring of live deal pipeline

. Conduct portfolio monitoring through regular management calls

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree (preferably Accounting, Finance or Economics) from a reputable school with 1-4 years working experience in an investment banking / corporate finance role

. Highly proficient in excel modeling and competence in credit analysis

. High energy, fast learner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

. Analytical and detailed-oriented with an ability to prioritize competing deadlines well

. Proficiency in another Southeast Asian language will be advantageous.
