Role Description

The Private Client Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for building and managing relationships with high-net-worth private clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding clients tastes and investment interests in fine wines and spirits, recommending tailored selections, and overseeing their cellar or portfolio holdings. The role involves proactive outreach, hosting or supporting private tastings and events, and providing ongoing client service to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction. The Private Client Manager will also collaborate with the wider team on client acquisition strategies, sourcing, pricing, and special offerings, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with private clients, with a focus on relationship management and personalized service.
• Strong understanding or keen interest in fine wines and spirits, with the ability to learn quickly and advise confidently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients professionally.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Prior experience in wealth management, luxury retail, or private client services is an advantage.
