Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Reporting to the Head of Private Client & New Business, the incumbent will be responsible for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) customer acquisition & retention to PRS CRM platform, sales target achievements and private events execution focusing on direct sales of prestige products to private clients/ HNWI.
  • The incumbent will have work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (brand, digital and sales teams) and develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders (Wholesalers, luxury brands, banks, etc) to build connections with, engage with and nurture long-lasting relations with HNWI customers.
  • The incumbent will also have a strong focus towards driving sales of Ultra Prestige products which includes Rare Unique Collectables (RUCs) and casks.

KEY MISSIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Build strong relationships with UHNW customers and develop brand preference for Pernod Ricard Prestige products.
  • Acquire new HNW customers and nurture the relationship with assigned existing VIP customers.
  • Assist with VIP's special requests / queries.
  • Place order and monitor / collect payment from HNWI's.
  • Develop regular recurring sales and develop opportunities to engage and upsell clients to Ultra Prestige range
  • Host local brand events targeting UHNWI customers acquisition and retention including running tasting programs, private VIP dinners, presentation of high-end collection items.
  • In collaboration with marketing brand teams, develop tailor made consumer promotion programs and experiences to push VIP sales, with strong emphasis on Ultra Prestige items
  • Support the organization of VIP events in Singapore (branded private dinners and bespoke tasting sessions for example).
  • Develop and drive a Pernod Ricard cask selling programme in Singapore for HNW clients
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that will enable acquisition and retention of HNW customers.
  • Engage identified relevant luxury companies to build cross collaboration events and database acquisition / swapping.
  • Identify and engage with relevant gate-keepers enabling access to UHNW customers.
  • Enrich the knowledge and provide insights into UHNW customers.
  • Collect Personally Identifiable Information on VIP customers in respect of PDPA regulation enabling to store database and improve the management of the VIP customers.
  • Identify, report and propose counter-measures to competitors activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant years of experience
  • Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in luxury or hospitality industry is a must
  • Understands the culture & behavior of luxury industry
  • Extremely comfortable in social and networking events
  • Strong understanding/ interest in the luxury market
