Case Management
- Part of the International Team supporting Sales Consultants in client servicing and documentation
- Coordinate with medical centres and high net worth clients to arrange medical booking
- Obtain client's financial documents for KYC purpose
- Liaise with clients to arrange meetings and policy delivery for new and ongoing cases
- Assist Consultant to prepare client meeting materials such as power point presentation
- Running sales illustrations for product comparison to be presented to clients
- Ensure all documentations are completed and aligned with compliance and due diligence
- Manage new cases and ensure timely follow up including negotiation with insurers/underwriters
- Participate in ad hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 3-5 years of life insurance sales / sales support / client relationship management experience from FI industry
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external teams
