Job Summary
Join a leading financial institution's Private Banking team as a Relationship Manager. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals by providing tailored investment advisory and delivering outstanding client service.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow and manage their wealth portfolios effectively
- Deliver tailored investment product advisory and customized financial solutions aligned with clients goals to maximize portfolio performance
- Build client trust and loyalty by acting as a trusted advisor, enhancing client satisfaction and the bank's reputation
- Collaborate with the Private Banking team to align strategies and achieve business objectives efficiently
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department or management to support team and organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Banking and Finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of Premium banking Relationship Manager experience or minimum 2 years of Private banking Relationship Manager experience
- Relevant certifications such as CACS, CMFAS (M9, M9A, M5, HI) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills demonstrated through successful client engagement and retention
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach to relationship management
