Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team:

The role sits within Deutsche Bank's Private Bank, under the Banking, Lending and Investment Solutions (BLIS). BLIS is responsible for delivering scalable banking, lending, and investment solutions to Private Bank clients globally. The position is part of the Private Bank COO, within the Strategy Execution team, which focuses on translating Private Bank and BLIS strategic priorities into executable initiatives, driving crossfunctional delivery, governance, and execution discipline.

The role reports to the Head of Strategy Execution in the Private Bank's Banking, Lending and Investment solution area . This role is responsible for driving, in close cooperation with Agile / Transformation teams, the implementation of various strategic and Change-the-Bank (CtB) projects for Investment Solutions. This includes the adjustment of advisory processes within the context of the Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as the build-out of our product platform to cater for emerging (e.g. digital) assets. The position ensures that all initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of strategic and other ChangetheBank (CtB) projects for Investment Solutions, including the further development of advisory processes and the product platform, in collaboration with Agile and transformation teams and in line with the Target Operating Model (TOM)

• Ensuring all project activities and deliverables comply with regulatory requirements, operational risk frameworks, and the strategic objectives of the organization

• Working closely with crossfunctional teams, including control functions, coverage units, product specialists and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution

• Driving stakeholder management and changemanagement activities to ensure the successful implementation and sustainable anchoring of projects

• Act as a central interface for transformationrelated communication, both internally and externally, including progress reporting, analysis and decisionmaking support

• Responsible for resource planning and progress monitoring to ensure timely and effective delivery of prioritized initiatives

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management within Strategy Execution capacity

• Proven experience in leading changemanagement initiatives and crossfunctional projects, applying a continuousimprovement mindset

• In depth knowledge of investment products in Retail and Private Banking / Wealth Management, including associated risks, control frameworks and regulatory requirements

• Strong understanding of investment product manufacturing processes as well as supporting system infrastructure

• Master's degree in any relevant professional qualifications in the field of investment or capital markets management

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively
