Printing Production Operator

Job Title: Production Worker - Digital Printing

Job Summary

Detail-oriented Digital Printing Production Worker to handle desktop publishing, own the full file-to-print process for digital printing jobs, coordinate outsourcing, and ensure final product quality in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support digital printing production workflow, RIP output, and proofing.

- Own the file-to-printing process end-to-end - from job receipt to final output.

- - Perform DTP and pre-press tasks using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat for digital printing and graphics jobs. Break jobs into parts and coordinate outsourcing as required.

- Carry out print finishing: cutting & trimming, folding, binding, packaging & labeling.

- Conduct quality checking (QC) and take full responsibility for finished product quality post-printing.

- Provide production support and general housekeeping.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in DTP, pre-press, graphics, or digital printing production.

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat.

- Strong understanding of print production workflow and color management.

- Ability to manage end-to-end file-to-print processes and outsourcing.

- Able carry out manual production tasks, lift 20 kg paper to cut to size

- Hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented team player with high quality standards.
