Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To expand and develop the business market share through successful fulfilment and excellent customer service and rapport building.

  • Handle recruitment and search fulfilment, under local context and probably later regional coverage.

  • Meet target set.

  • Make regular visits to clients HQ office and other premises to meet hiring managers, gather feedback and ensure good customers satisfaction.

  • Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place.

  • In charge of cold-calling and business development for new clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.

  • Ambitious and driven, with a can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.

  • Understand the needs of recruitment software and adhere to standard professional methodologies in the market

Essential:

  • Proven Good Closing Techniques with good records, ability to cascade recruitment methodology to the team

  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks

  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
