Responsibilities:
To expand and develop the business market share through successful fulfilment and excellent customer service and rapport building.
Handle recruitment and search fulfilment, under local context and probably later regional coverage.
Meet target set.
Make regular visits to clients HQ office and other premises to meet hiring managers, gather feedback and ensure good customers satisfaction.
Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place.
In charge of cold-calling and business development for new clients
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Ambitious and driven, with a can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.
Understand the needs of recruitment software and adhere to standard professional methodologies in the market
Essential:
Proven Good Closing Techniques with good records, ability to cascade recruitment methodology to the team
Knowledge of social media and professional networks
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
