Principle Consultant

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM modules aligned with ITIL standards.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to support business processes.
• Develop custom interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers and system integrations with external applications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in ServiceNow development.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven expertise in ITSM applications and workflow configuration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, UI customization, and ServiceNow CMS.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Portfolio offerings and best practices.
• Experience creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
