Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Centre Leader to oversee daily centre operations and lead a team of educators in delivering quality early childhood programmes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, nurturing and well-managed environment where children, staff and families can thrive.

You will provide professional leadership to the teaching team through mentorship, guidance and role modelling, while fostering a culture of collaboration, care and continuous improvement. The Centre Leader is responsible for ensuring smooth centre operations, maintaining compliance with ECDA regulations, and upholding organisational standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
