We're looking to add an Principal System Analyst, IT in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Principal System Analyst, IT, you will:

• Define and execute the global MES strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Define and lead MES architecture and end-to-end functional design for a multi-site, multi-country electronics manufacturing network, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with ISA95/ISA88 standards.
• Architect and manage SAP-MES integration (PP, QM, WM modules) and connectivity with test systems, quality systems, WMS, and BI/Analytics platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and process synchronization.
• Oversee MES projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, timeline management, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, pilot deployment, and full-scale implementation across multiple sites.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point with MES vendors and system integrators manage backlog, technical debt, and roadmap to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and build MES capability within Corp and site teams, providing training, best practices, and technical leadership.
• Ensure MES technical development, certification of hardware, backup strategies, and adherence to IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Lead the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of all issues related to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience and 5 years experience in team management.
• Proven track record in MES system development, SAP integration (PP, QM, WM modules), and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-site projects
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills highly motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ability to deliver on commitments.
