Principal Sustainability Consultant

Responsibilities:

. Work on sustainability related projects for Master-planning, new and existing buildings

. Independently handle ESD projects and Green Certification i.e. Green Mark, LEED, WELL etc.

. Manage direct reports and provide mentorship regarding technical and project management related matters

. Has good understanding of building physics and experience in conducting performance simulations such as Energy modelling, CFD, Daylight & Glare analysis, Solar Insolation studies etc

. Coordinate with project teams/ stake holders and contractors for data compilation, calculation, verification, green rating submission, etc.

. Support in tender pursuit, business development and design competitions

. Manage projects in Singapore and Asia Pacific.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in M&E, Architectural, building services or sustainability related filed. Master's Degree in Sustainability will be highly regarded.

. Possess minimum two Green Building professional Accreditation (i.e. GMAAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, TRUE Advisor, EDGE expert etc.)

. Understanding of building systems, particularly in ACMV systems and other M&E disciplines

. Over 10 years of relevant professional working experience

. Proficient in AutoCAD/ Sketch-up. Experience in other modelling tools such as Revit, Rhino will be a plus.

. Competent in public speaking and presentation

. Team player with good interpersonal skills

. Quick learner with initiative who take necessary actions beyond instructions given
