To support their continued expansion, they are looking for a seasoned Project Leader or Principal with strong experience in the Pharma/Healthcare and/or Consumer Goods sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and transformation engagements from end to end, delivering impactful recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Structure and oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality delivery, clear communication, and actionable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the Pharma/Healthcare and consumer products/retail industries.
- Drive business development efforts contribute to proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing future leaders.
- Collaborate with internal partners to grow industry verticals, thought leadership, and capabilities.
Key Requirements
- 812 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic role within TMT or consumer-focused corporates.
- Demonstrated track record of leading consulting projects or business transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise and strong networks within the Pharma/Healthcare and/or Consumer Goods sectors in Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, stakeholders, and teams across multiple geographies.
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
