Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for Braze AI by collaborating with the Braze sales team and engaging new and existing senior customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and index on action you can navigate complex tech evaluations with Enterprise Brands, and you excel in fast-paced environments. You can collaborate well with others and gain leverage by enabling colleagues.

In particular, you will:

  • Help lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers.
  • Work with our pre- and post- sales teams, along with current and future Braze AI Decision Studio customers, to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution and help quantify their impact
  • Enable your colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on the nuances of reinforcement learning and its application in marketing.
  • Participate in Braze AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with Braze AI Decision Studio's technical Implementation team.
  • Communicate customer needs to Braze AI Decision Studio's product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap.
  • Attend marquee meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Braze AI.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced: 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a track record of distinctive performance.
  • Clear communicator: you are able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech
  • Executive presence: exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
  • Business acumen: you can understand the key drivers of business for a given company and interpret the best way to accelerate impact via AI
  • Technology enthusiast: you are passionate about new technologies and their potential to impact business-as-usual
  • Execution-focused: you can structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
  • People person: you build trust-based relationships with internal team members and external partners, and combine empathy with a willingness to have direct, challenging conversations
  • Process-driven: you can create scalable frameworks to optimize the success of business outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial: you take initiative, work around obstacles, and always seek creative ways to get to the next level
