Summary:

Responsible for developing and maintaining production plans to ensure customer demand is fulfilled while optimizing factory capacity, inventory levels, cycle time, and on-time delivery performance. The role coordinates closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Operations to balance demand and supply while mitigating production risks.

Your Job:

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production plans to meet customer demand and shipment commitments.
  • Analyze demand, capacity, WIP, inventory, and material availability to create an achievable production schedule.
  • Monitor production performance against plan and drive recovery actions for capacity, material, or equipment constraints.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Operations to resolve shortages and delivery risks.
  • Manage WIP levels and ensure optimal factory loading to support cycle time and productivity targets.
  • Perform capacity analysis and scenario planning for demand changes, ramp-ups, and bottleneck situations.
  • Track and report key planning metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory health, and cycle time.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, factory performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support business reviews by providing production outlook, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure planning data integrity within ERP/MRP systems.
  • Assist with short/mid- and long-term planning

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.

  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.

  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems
