You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and practice leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing data solutions—while driving delivery excellence and advancing phData's managed services capabilities.

- Skillfully navigate complex customer environments by building and prioritizing Epics, Stories, and Tasks to mature and improve clients data platforms.
- Continually identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and expand clients data platform capabilities and phData's service offering.
- Lead technical teams operating and managing modern data platforms—spanning streaming, data lakes, analytics, and beyond—across a progressively evolving technical stack.
- Provide technical thought leadership during client workshops, architecture reviews, and discovery sessions, recommending the right technologies and approaches to ensure performance, security, scalability, and user satisfaction.
