Job Description & Requirement

sWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office. As a consultant, you will work closely with existing clients across industries and be actively involved in sourcing and placing top talent. You will also develop new client relationships, manage job assignments end-to-end, and contribute to business growth. We are ideally looking for a consultant who is comfortable developing a 360 desk and we're open to areas such as Technology, Commercial, Marketing or HR

Your day to day responsibilities will includ

• e:Work with existing clients to understand hiring needs and take detailed job brie
• fsBring in new clients primary in Singapore but also SEA at an executive lev
• elSource and shortlist professionals for client roles using various tools and platfor
• msSubmit high-quality CVs and arrange interviews between clients and candidat
• esManage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer management and onboarding suppo
• rtBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidat
• esCollaborate with internal team members and contribute to team succe
• ssStay updated on technology trends and recruitment best practic

esExperience Require

• d:Minimum 4 years of proven experience in agency recruitment, with a strong track record in placing technology professiona
• lsExposure to hiring for roles at an executive lev
• elStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and writte
