Principal / Senior Clinical Pharmacist #HHLT

Salary: Up to $9,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and train pharmacists from pre-registrants to senior staff, developing learning objectives, curriculum, and training materials.

Review medication orders to ensure appropriateness and perform medication reconciliation.

Provide drug information services to healthcare professionals.

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and run ambulatory clinical services.

Dispense and counsel patients on prescribed medications.

Oversee and review work of pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Deliver pharmacy education programs, lectures, and workshops.

Lead ad-hoc departmental quality and development projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

PharmD or equivalent degree recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient settings.

Experience in PHI is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Demonstrated passion for innovation and teaching.
