About The Role
- Covering the full recruitment cycle (360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
- Leading a recruitment team and managing the profit and loss of the team results
- Providing professional recruitment services to candidates
- Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
- Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team
- Attractive compensation package: salary + commission
Our ideal candidate has :
- With at least 5 yrs of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry
- Consistent track record of revenue and successful placements in the recruitment business
- Prior leadership experience for recruitment members, 0 to 1 experience in building a team is preferred
- With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment of software technical/corporate/business talents in the Internet industry
- Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
- Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
- MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must
