Principal Program Manager

Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end cost management across the entire Home products portfolio. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional organizations. This role will be critical to drive key initiatives, which would include working with teams to identify cost-savings opportunities, leading cost optimization projects and ensuring alignment across different teams/stakeholders to achieve aggressive cost targets to meet Home financials metrics.

Responsibilities
. Manages and leads key initiatives involving multiple functions and cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and cost optimization projects.
. Leads monthly end-to-end cost reviews at various management and leadership forums.
. Tracks progress of the above projects to meet milestones and targets
. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to various stakeholders. Drive alignment across teams as needed
. Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.

Education & Experience Recommended
. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in leading complex programs, project planning tools and software packages, people management/leads, or a related field.
