Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order & Backlog Management: Managing the customer demand and provide delivery schedule to customers. Track on demand waterfall and monitor on Customer pull plan and ensure on time delivery (OTD). Co-ordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), repairs, and replacements with customers. Attend Conference calls / meeting with Customer to understand requirement and resolve issues

  • Commercial Support: Assisting the Program Manager in achieving financial goals for sales and cash flow. This includes tracking Accounts Receivable (AR) issues and resolving payment delays. Work on price changes or new product pricing to submit to customer. Effective new pricing per agreed timeline and timely update into Oracle.

  • Inventory & Risk Management: Driving resolution for Excess & Obsolete (E&O) material issues. They identify potential obsolescence claims and work with customers to define material positioning and liability.

  • Operational Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the Customer Focus Team (CFT)-which includes engineering, planning, and manufacturing-and the client to ensure order fulfillment and On-Time Delivery (OTD).

  • Change Control & Documentation: Processing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) with Customer Focus Team

  • Quotation Support: Assisting in the preparation of quotations and managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for existing or new business potentials.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Lead / participate in continuous improvement projects within the department/section through Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Kaizen and Mini-company approaches.

  • Perform as program manager in his / her absence.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline or equivalent.

  • Understanding of the full manufacturing cycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI), mass production, and return/repair services.

  • Understand contract terms, including shipment commits, cancellation clauses, and product liabilities, AR, etc

  • Knowledge of material positioning, tracking Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory, and managing obsolescence claims.

  • Able to communicate well with Customer and internal team

  • Ability to manage regional coordination and sensitive to cross-cultural.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
