Role Overview
Role Title: Principal Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead product planning, goal setting, and project execution across multiple modules within the advertising delivery platform, including ad creation, bidding and delivery strategies, creative asset management, budget allocation strategies, end-to-end data infrastructure, and full-funnel conversion design.
- Develop deep expertise in international advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, Naver) and the broader digital advertising ecosystem. Possess hands-on experience and strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying strategies, traffic acquisition, and value measurement.
- Continuously enhance product capabilities across advertising efficiency optimization, tracking and attribution, and conversion funnel management to improve key funnel metrics and drive operational efficiency for business teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish efficient working mechanisms, rapidly formulate product solutions, and drive successful project implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in advertising operations, data products, OTA (online travel agency) products, or user growth/marketing products.
- Language proficiency: English as a working language with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to actively and fluently participate in fully English business meetings.
- Strong commercial and data acumen, with the ability to monitor data trends, conduct analysis, and propose strategic optimizations and product improvements based on insights.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Overseas education background or experience working in international/global business environments.
