Job Description

This will be a 2-years direct contract position.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of product strategy.
Guide junior product managers to perform rigorous analysis and translate findings into sound product decisions.
Accountable for balancing short-term delivery speed against long-term technical debt
Foster a team culture defined by speed, simplicity, and agility.
Identify and remove systemic inefficiencies.
Translate divisional goals into a coherent theory of success, working with teams to develop OKRs and long-term roadmaps.
Anticipate systemic risks and changes
Work across teams and functions, ensuring that effort is aligned and that progress is visible.
Build and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships, facilitate high-stakes discussions, and ensure that diverse perspectives are heard and acted upon.
Coach people managers and senior leaders, conduct regular one-on-ones with direct and indirect reports, and lead recruitment efforts to bring in and develop top talent.
Gather teams feedback, providing the right resources and infrastructure, and keeping teams motivated and engaged over the long term.
