Conceptualize, produce, and manage large-scale events with budgets of up to $1.5 million, including IP events, festivals, premieres, gala dinners and resort-wide projects.
Develop event concepts to drive ticket sales and revenue, and lead the team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Coordinate communication across multiple business units (licensing, IP partners, production, finance, legal, marketing, sales) and external partners.
Plan and optimize event resources, including manpower, within budget while managing forecasts and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Oversee ticketing, sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to maximize event outreach and promotional effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and industry standards, including securing necessary licenses and insurances.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and site operations for smooth execution.
Recommend solutions for work process improvements in daily and event operations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing large-scale events, preferably in resort, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
Experience in managing budgets of no less than $500,000 is preferred.
Proven experience in managing a small to medium-size events team.
Proven experience in producing events and staged performances (shows) for diverse audience sizes, indoors and outdoors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficient in negotiation, budget and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and resourceful, with strong network within the industry.
