Principal (Preschool)

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift

• UP$6000-$8500

• Variable bonus

• Island-wide

Responsibilities:

• Establish strategies to engender a culture of mentoring, coaching and capability development within the center

• Lead the development of improvements on systems, processes and operations

• Manage the budget for day-to-day operations in the center

• Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuous learning within the center

• Align children engagement strategies in accordance with center policies

• Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector

• Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders within the center

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education and possess Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing preschool centers, candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for Vice-Principal role
