Principal Physiotherapist
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Salary: $6,000 - $8,000
Job Description
- Lead and coordinate all Physiotherapy services across the practice.
- Deliver assessment and treatment for specialised rehabilitation cases.
- Supervise Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.
- Develop specialised treatment pathways and integrated care programmes.
- Implement evidence-based practices and service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation services.
- Conduct audits, outcome reviews, and professional development sessions.
- Represent Physiotherapy services in clinical governance and strategic meetings.
- Support rehabilitation-related marketing and community education initiatives.
- Develop and oversee educational programmes and staff training activities.
- Support business development and programme planning initiatives.
- Manage partnerships, grants, and funding opportunities.
- Participate in budgeting and policy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
- Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in advanced rehabilitation, including neurorehabilitation, orthopaedics, or geriatrics.
- Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and client management.
- Experience in private practice will be an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in healthcare leadership will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
