As a Prinicipal Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services across the organization.
- Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for complex cases.
- Lead by example in the provision of evidence-based physiotherapy care.
- Oversee and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior and senior physiotherapists.
- Facilitate professional development, clinical education, and performance appraisals.
- Lead the planning and implementation of physiotherapy service improvements.
- Identify service gaps and opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, protocols, and pathways.
- Monitor service quality, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Requirement:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy and registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
