Role Overview

We are hiring a Principal Partnerships & Capital Networks specialist to build and manage high-value relationships with family offices, wealth managers, funds and professional allocators across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

This role is not volume sales and not mass outreach. It is selective relationship-building where credibility, discretion and judgment matter more than activity metrics. You will help define how serious capital is introduced to crypto investment products and how long-term partnerships are structured.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with family offices, wealth managers, funds and allocators

Source and structure strategic partnerships for product distribution and capital access

Lead high-level conversations with sophisticated and capital-heavy counterparties

Design partnership and distribution frameworks aligned with institutional standards

Maintain a curated pipeline of HNWI and institutional relationships

Provide market insight on allocator expectations and adoption barriers

Coordinate internally to ensure partner requirements are executed precisely

Operate with discretion, professionalism and a long-term perspective

Requirements

Proven experience working with high-net-worth or institutional counterparties

Strong understanding of crypto markets and structured investment products

Background in partnerships, capital introduction, private wealth, funds or advisory

Ability to earn trust with experienced and demanding audiences

High ownership and comfort operating autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Discretion and professional integrity are mandatory

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 280,000 380,000 per year (Gross)

Token Allocation: Meaningful long-term incentive aligned with capital introduced and platform growth
