This role resides in the Policy Division of our client which is responsible to provide advice to the senior leadership on policies from the labour perspective and guide our client's positions and policies on moving the 4Ps (Protection, Placement, Progression, and Privileges), and enhancing workers wages, welfare, and work prospects (3Ws).
In this role, you will work with other Business Units (BUs) to develop our client policy positions and influence government policymaking to create positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of workers. You will work with government agencies to lobby and design help schemes to meet the needs of workers, while ensuring value capture for our client. Additionally, you are required to provide staff support to workgroups and inter-agency taskforces to advance our client's policy agenda.
Requirements:
. A self-starter with a keen interest to conduct policy review and data analysis
. Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
. Able to engage multiple stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills
. Good team player
