Principal – SAP SD/MM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Principal Consultant – SD/MM to lead and deliver complex SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide teams through full-cycle transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations for SD and MM modules across multiple business scenarios
- Act as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Order-to-Cash (SD) and Procure-to-Pay (MM) processes
- Drive solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration support, and cutover activities
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, PP, WM, EWM, etc.) and business stakeholders
- Support project governance, delivery planning, and risk management
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; contribute to capability development
- Participate in client workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12 years of SAP implementation experience in SD/MM
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD/MM functionalities
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
- Team leadership or PMO experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaking preferred due to stakeholder requirements
