Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Process Integration Engineer to support technology development, manufacturing optimization, and yield improvement initiatives. This role will drive process integration activities across multidisciplinary teams, focusing on defect reduction, process characterization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process integration, yield improvement, and defect reduction activities across manufacturing operations.
  • Investigate and resolve process integration, yield, and technical issues through data analysis and root cause identification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address defect-related concerns and improve product performance.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to support new product and technology requirements.
  • Support design enablement through process characterization, test structure development, and design rule definition.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Conduct defect characterization studies, process partitioning analysis, and defect source investigations.
  • Establish and maintain defect libraries and process monitoring methodologies.
  • Ensure robust process documentation, risk assessments, and mitigation plans are in place.
  • Manage technical projects and support broader organizational transformation initiatives.

Ideal Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of semiconductor process integration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of yield enhancement, defect engineering, process characterization, and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Experience working in wafer fabrication, CMOS technology development, or advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and project management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
