Role Overview:
Lead module engineering for photolithography and metrology processes, ensuring process qualification, tool performance, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 semiconductor fab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-equipment PM, tool recovery, and impacted lot disposition.
- Support process qualification and lot disposition alongside shift personnel.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and liaise with external vendors for escalations.
- Maintain and improve process KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Customer, and People.
- Own process layers, improvement projects, and change requests via data-driven analysis.
- Coach and train module process personnel.
- Adhere to EHS&S standards and safe operations.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Chemical, or related Engineering.
- 9+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience, with hands-on photolithography/metrology troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of 24/7 fab operations and cleanroom protocols.
- Expertise with photolithography/metrology tools and process optimization (e.g., scanners, CDSEM, defect scanners, profiler)
