Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Interior Design Principal to lead high-profile projects and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients. This role focuses on design leadership, proactive engagement and working with teams to deliver exceptional work that reflects client vision.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead High-Profile Projects
o Drive design direction and oversee major interior projects from concept through delivery
o Anticipate challenges and respond with creative, practical solutions
. Client Partnership
o Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through regular dialogue
o Represent the firm with a confident voice in meetings - share opinions, challenge ideas, and guide discussions
. Strategic Growth
o Support opportunities for extended engagement, including quick-turnaround design services and hospitality projects
o Present firm capabilities through design samples and renderings when required

Key Competencies
. Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at senior levels
. Proven experience in high-profile interior design projects.
. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
. Ability to lead teams and foster a proactive, solution-driven culture

Qualifications
. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
. Minimum 15 years of experience, with leadership in largescale projects
. Portfolio showcasing design excellence and strategic leadership
