Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in education.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in school administration or academic management.
- Strong familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum and its implementation in diverse classroom settings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a multicultural team of educators.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.

- Lead and support teachers through professional development, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement school policies, curriculum planning, and assessment strategies.
